  • What if I’m late?


    We will certainly do the best we can in making your experience a wonderful one, but in the event you arrive late, please understand we don’t like to keep our clients waiting, so your treatment will be adjusted accordingly to ensure we finish at the required time.

  • Pricing


    Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Cancellations


    No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. We employ the very best therapists and we invest a great deal in further educating them. Therefore we hope that you will appreciate the introduction of our new Booking and Cancellation policy.

    We ask kindly that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. Time is important to us all.

  • Deposits


    A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings over 1 hour.

    We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit will be forfeited. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your time slot.

  • Walk in’s


    We love walk in’s! You keep us busy and on our toes. We will do everything possible to fit you in with your treatment request, but please be aware, the shortest treatment takes 15 minutes to perform correctly. As you know, we don’t like to keep our clients waiting, so please don’t be offended if we cannot help. Treatments which require an hour or more generally need 3-4 days advance notice on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

  • Etiquette


    To ensure all guests enjoy our peaceful surroundings, we ask noise to be kept to a minimum, this includes the use mobile phones. It is requested that they be turned onto silent whilst enjoying your treatments. Although we love children, their attendance is discouraged, as they can become restless while waiting.

  • Special Health Considerations


    Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult their Doctor prior to seeking spa services. Please inform your therapist of your medical condition or medications being taken as some services may not be suitable.

  • Facilities for the Disabled


    Our salon/spa has been designed with wheelchair access in mind.

  • Parking


    Free parking is available right outside our door! Please be aware there are disabled bays available and should only be used by those with a valid ID. Parking time limit restrictions apply at the Waterford Plaza. There is a 2 hour parking limit in the northern carpark just near us, but if your treatment goes for longer than 2 hours, please park in the upstairs carpark which has a 4 hour time limit. Parking infringements are being issued at the Waterford Plaza.

  • Mobile Phones


    Whilst in the salon, please switch your mobile phones off or onto silent, so everyone can enjoy their treatment!

  • Children


    Although we love children visiting us, we do ask that they are supervised at all times or have an activity to keep them occupied. For treatments over 30 minutes we do request alternative arrangements are made.

  • Gift Vouchers/VIP/Birthday Text


    Terms and Conditions

    • -Cannot be used with any other discounts or gift vouchers
    • -Cannot be used towards product
